About B2CS Methodology

 

The B2CS methodology is based on the ISO Standard for Business Continuity Management (ISO22301). This world-renowned code of practice is used throughout the Business Continuity Industry and reflects an emphasis on corporate resilience, crisis communications, and dealing with people and reputation management.

 

The core elements underpinning the B2CS approach to developing and implementing a company specific BC (Business Continuity) and ITSC (IT Service Continuity) management framework and structure are listed below:

Underpinning this approach all the while is the understanding that one of risk management’s key functions is to ensure an acceptable ratio of risk to return.
